Over $2.7 Million Pledged for Lung Cancer Research by New York Real Estate and Construction Industry

A“Who’s Who” of New York Cityreal estate and construction leaders has raised $2.7 million to date for National Jewish Health, the nation’s #1 respiratory hospital, in connection with the 43rd annual “A Winter’s Evening” Dinner Dance to beheld on December 10. The event honors Marc Holliday, Chief Executive Officer of SL Green Realty Corp.
Donationsraised for “A Winter’s Evening” will support the Holliday Memorial Fund for Lung Cancer Research at National Jewish Health. The fund provides care for lung cancer patients and supports lung cancer research.
Leadership for the event reflects the broad support that National Jewish Health has received for decades from the New York real estate community. Dinner chairmen for the event are Stephen L. Green, Founder of SL Green Realty Corp., and Andrew W.Mathias, President of SL Green Realty Corp. Honorary chairman for the event is Mort Holliday.
