Special Interests

I have a unique background in both basic science and clinical research, which has informed my interest in clinical medicine. My past basic science research includes asthma, airway hyperresponsiveness, cystic fibrosis, and lung cancer. My past clinical research includes COPD and interstitial lung disease (ILD). Presently, I am interested in how research translates into personalized medicine. My clinical focus is mainly ILD, but I also see general pulmonary medicine patients, as needed.
