COVID-19 Testing: Patient Ambassador Access Codes

This page is for those that are booking with an Access Code provided by the National Jewish Health Executive Patient Ambassador.

  • COVID-19 Testing: Patient Ambassador Access CodesOnly one test, using one access code, can be booked at a time. For multiple codes and tests, please repeat the registration process.

  • Testing is by appointment only and must be booked online; walk-up testing is not available.

  • Tests require advance payment at the time of booking and will not be billed to insurance. Additional information about billing and insurance can be found below.

  • No physician referral is required for this self-referral option. We also provide testing through physician referral. Your doctor’s office will coordinate an appointment and insurance filing. Learn More
