Dorothy M. Killeen
Head of Originations and Syndications, Wells Fargo Credit Solutions
Dorothy M. Killeen is a managing director and head of origination for Wells Fargo’s Credit Solutions organization. She is a member of the Wells Fargo Management Committee and serves on the Operating Committee for Wells Fargo Commercial Banking.
Over her 24-year career in banking, Ms. Killeen has focused on origination and syndication of a broad range of debt products. Her current responsibilities include leading origination activities across secured lending products as well as expanding the Commercial Banking Syndicated Finance team. Secured lending products within her scope include asset-based lending, equipment finance, supplier finance programs, channel finance, and floor-planning for all customer segments in Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking. She also leads financial sponsor coverage for these products. Prior to this role, Ms. Killeen served as the transformation leader for Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, leading multiple business realignment and market strategy projects.
Ms. Killeen has been with Wells Fargo and predecessor firms since 1999. She served for 10 years as head of syndicate and sales for Wells Fargo Capital Finance’s Loan Syndications group. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Capital Finance in 2009, Ms. Killeen spent 10 years in Leveraged Finance with Wachovia Securities, where she served in origination, underwriting, syndicate, and sales roles. She holds a B.A. cum laude in communications from Tulane University and an M.B.A. from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
In her community, Ms. Killeen has been an active volunteer with Loaves & Fishes, served on the board of the Children’s Scholarship Fund, and was a founding board member of the Family Impact Fund. She is the very proud mom of Thomas, who is a sophomore at the University of Georgia, and Isabel, who is enjoying a gap year. Ms. Killeen is a native of New Orleans, LA, and resides in Charlotte, NC.
